Virginia...

A few days after school got out and a day after the blessing, Sailor, Hobie and I headed to Virginia with my parents for 3 weeks.  I was really worried about how Hobie would handle the plane ride, but he did remarkably well.

We had lots of fun adventures while we were there, which will all get posts of their own, but here is a quick recap of a few other things that kept us busy. (And Vanz wasn't able to join us on our adventure because he was having an amazing adventure of his own).

Swimming lessons

Lots and lots of walks (this is Hobie in his stroller)

Bike rides

Animal spotting (birds, squirrels, groundhogs, deer, snakes and this snapping turtle)

Molly the Beagle (here with Hobie)

Mosquito bites...lots and lots of them.

So sorry about those pesky mosquitoes. Next time you visit I will have them banished from Virginia. We miss you so much. The house is much quieter (and cleaner). Molly misses you too! We loved being entertained by Sailor, and watching Hobie grow right before our eyes. We can't wait for more pictures.

Can you have the mosquitoes banished from Huntington Beach also. Sailor currently has 4 on her face, 3 on her back, 2 on her arms and one on her knee. They must be sucking the sweet out of her because she has none left.

Does Grandpa "Al" miss us?

perhaps if you would identify yourself I would post more beagle pictures. Wouldn't it be awesome Anonymous, if someone out there had a blog dedicated to cute dogs?
