UPDATES...

It has been brought to my attention that I have been neglecting my blog. For the record, I haven't been neglecting but mostly ignoring it. We really just haven't had too much that has been interesting enough to post about going on. But in order to avoid boycotts and upset readers (one in particular who probably already knows everything I am posting already anyway)--
Here are a few updates..

I am still very pregnant. I haven't progressed more towards being ready for this baby since my last update post. Oh, and I am HUGE. Seriously, HUGE. I officially can no longer wear my wedding ring (and most of my maternity clothes are getting really snug). And I am now the proud owner of not one, but 4 chins.

Sailor has started practicing for her June ballet recital and is also in the stake production of "The Wizard of Oz" as the littlest Lullaby League Munchkin. She has the very important role of welcoming Dorothy into Munchkin Land. She gets to dance with 3 en pointe ballerinas from her studio for the show (one of whom was Clara) so you know that she is in heaven every time she goes to practice. Have I mentioned how much this girl LOVES to dance? She is also obsessed with being a French girl and no longer has the words "thank you" as part of her vocabulary, but would rather wow people with a "merci" or "bon jour." She also became the proud owner of a French Poodle, Francine or "Frenchie" for short, (stuffed of course) and they are best pals. She took him to school to share because
"there really aren't many French Poodles in California. Most of them live in Paris."
Her class is so lucky to have her fanciness.

Vanz has graciously gained lots of sympathy weight with me, which I really appreciate, but has finally healed his body of its numerous injuries enough to start running again. I am guessing he will probably loose his weight much faster than I will. This is a really big deal around our house since I know no one who loves running as much as Vanz. I guess all the money we spent on doctors, chiropractors, acupuncture, deep tissue massage, cortisone shots, and prolotherapy has finally paid off.

We've all been experiencing various stages of illness around our house. Poor Sailor took the brunt of it with Bronchitis and an upper respiratory infection, but seems to have mended nicely. Vanz and I have both had various stages of bad colds. He gets over his much quicker than I do since he can take the "hard stuff." Even the non-humans at our house have not been immune to illness. The beloved MG had to have some "work done" on it and was flat bedded a few weeks ago. Luckily, she recuperated nicely and will be home sometime this week (minus a few of these $$$ of course). Our Mac was in the shop for a few days as well. She also had a quick fix and is back better than ever minus the spontaneous shut-downs.

Baby Steimle is busy moving and kicking me. He especially is responsive to Sailor's voice (not sure if they are happy or annoyed kicks). We are certainly excited to meet him in about 8 weeks!

Enjoy this update.  It probably will be the last for a while as I am way to lazy to blog lately.   Try reading a paragraph a day to prolong the excitement if you want.  I promise I will make up for my lack of postings in April.

Too funny. I've been a bad blogger too but vowed to update tonight. Sailor and London have a number of things in common.

Thanks for updating your blog. I check it every morning when I get to work. I had to laugh when you stated that you won't be updating it as often because you are so tired and did you say "lazy?" You think you will have time in April? I don't think so. I think your time will be spent taking care of your new bundle of joy.
