NEW YEAR WISHES...
I have been reminded that is has been a long time since I blogged. For the new year I decided to use the computer less. My computer has been a great help in this by deciding that for the new year it would crash on me constantly. I think a visit to the apple doctor is in store. In the meantime, I have half started pictures and posts hoping that I could complete them without the sudden interruption of a meltdown (still talking about the computer). If I was more motivated I could plug in my laptop and use that, but to be honest, I kind of have enjoyed the break from blogging. I spent the last two weeks re-watching Arrested Development with Vanz for hours on end and it was worth it. Here I am though back to chronicle all kinds of (mis)adventures of our little family for 2009.

On Christmas Eve it rained and rained. Poor Sailor wanted to play outside so badly that when a temporary break in the weather occurred, out she headed to draw (more like paint) with her rain soaked sidewalk chalk in our front courtyard. About 30 minutes later she came to show me her drawings of "New Year Wishes." I loved them so much that I decided they would be my new year wishes too!
