SAILOR IS IN LOVE..

We spent all day Saturday getting family photos done and having a pool party up at Vanz's parents home. Sailor loved playing with her cousins and was especially fond of the caricature artist they had there who drew her a fancy ballerina picture.

None of this however compared to her love of Stuart.

He is from Australia and had a wonderful little accent. Perhaps she loved him because her Daddy lived in Australia for two years when he served his mission. Maybe their common knowledge of kangaroos and boomerangs brought them together.

Or perhaps it was because he let Sailor make up silly make believe games and probably had an imagination as huge as hers. They were two peas in a pod. She told me later that night that he was her "best friend." She was in love. Sadly, they have a forbidden love.  They are second cousins.* 

*Stuart's Mom Kim is Vanz's cousin...that makes them second cousins right?
