EARTH DAY!
To commemorate Earth Day this year we decided to release ladybugs into our garden this weekend. Ladybugs are especially wonderful if you have roses because they love aphids. It is pesticide* free pest control.
*Don't get wrong...I use pest control on occasion. Especially when I spot a chunky black widow on my front door frame.

How are the Lady Bugs doing? Have they all disappeared or are they on the roses doing their job? Sailor looks very attentive in the pictures. Isn't spring wonderful?
