SANTA AND THE PINK TREE!

We went on our annual trip to visit Santa Claus. Sailor has never been afraid of him and always takes the matter of telling him her Christmas desires very seriously. This year was no different. She really hasn't been requesting any toys or given any type of clue as to what she wants for Christmas, so I was curious to see what she told Santa. When I would try and ask her what she was going to ask for she would tell me, "it's a secret." Well, we paid him a visit and the mystery is now solved.

First of all I think the photo is horrible. That terrible picture cost me $22. She was squinting her eyes in an effort to smile, I think and that picture was the best of the three they took. At any rate, she asked santa for one thing...ornaments. As I mentioned she loves to decorate and kept saying that she wanted a pink tree..so one day at Target I saw a mini pink tree and got it for her. She has had so much fun decorating it. So..she asked Santa for more ornaments. Perhaps Santa may even get her a nicer pink tree!

The outfit she is wearing was a custom Christmas Olivia I made and I cannot tell you how many people stopped to look at her and tell her how cute she looked. Of those, about 75% of them asked if her name was Olivia. We even ran into one of her ballet friends named Olivia who LOVED the outfit! She is also wearing rain boots..it was raining that day!
